The hotel offers very basic rooms that are roomy but unfortunately exposed us to a loud firework display that sounded like a break-in attempt. The breakfast was described as amazing, and the staff were impeccable. However, the spa facilities were reported as superb.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortably furnished and spacious, although my bed wasn't made properly. The service was excellent, with the staff being very helpful and friendly even when the hotel was full. The location, while not ideal for non-car travelers due to limited public transport, was suitable for my work in Washington and Newcastle.
